Support Music Therapy Projects in Bosnia

Crea Thera is launching two special music therapy projects in Bosnia this October. These projects focus on children of returnees in the village of Osmace (Srebrenica) and on clients of the Mental Health Center in Vlasenica. Both initiatives offer vulnerable groups the opportunity to express themselves in a creative and healing way.

Project 1: Music Therapy in Osmace (Srebrenica)

​

Osmace is a small mountain village with a primary school of only 10 children, most of whom are children of returnees. In the first week of October, Crea Thera will organize music therapy sessions and a musical theater performance, providing the children with a safe space to process their emotions and explore their creativity.

Project 2: Music Therapy at the Mental Health Center of Vlasenica

​

Crea Thera is once again partnering with the Mental Health Center in Vlasenica, where art and music therapy sessions were previously held. This year, we are expanding the collaboration with a renewed therapeutic program. Over the next two years, we will explore how to make this partnership sustainable, ensuring that music therapy becomes a permanent part of the health program.
